CANOE is a capacity expansion model for the Canadian energy system: given projected energy demand, it finds the lowest-cost mix of technologies to build and operate to meet it. It's built as an instance of TEMOA, populated with open Canadian data across the electricity, transportation, industry, residential, commercial, and fuels sectors.
