Installation

Step 1:The Dataset

Go to the Zenodo link for the dataset

Step 2: Filtering the Data

Go to canoe_interface, you can either clone and use the app via the command line or go to the releases section and download executable file/app

Step 3: Selecting Temporal Resolution

Filter the dataset using the app, then use the representive_periods repository to add in the temporal data.

Step 4: Running the Model

Clone the Temoa repository using the 1.0.0-dev-operator branch. Follow the instructions at the Temoa repository to run the model.
